AESTHETIC PROCEDURES
Buried penis is a normal sized phallus or micropenis that is hidden in the pubic tissue due to lack of skin attachment to the base of the penis, excess fat and skin around the penis with a shortening of the penile shaft. There are several conditions to treat in this pathology:
Excess fat in the pubis (lipodystrophy) = VASER liposuction.
Sometimes liposuction of the antero-internal thighs, lower abdomen or mandillectomy/abdominoplasty).
Excess pubic skin (dermatochalasis) = BODYTITE or pubic pectomy with resection and anchoring.
Shortened length = Sliding of the internal portion of the penis (lengthening) for greater dimension.
Lesser girth = Greater dimension in girth (Thickening).
Lesser Glans = Glans enlargement.
PENIS ENLARGEMENT
It is a surgical procedure whose final objective is to increase the length of the penis. We have achieved an average growth of 4-6 cm (up to 12 cm) in a flaccid state with impact on the erect state using the patient's own tissue rearrangement; without implants, silicone discs or fillers. This surgery is commonly associated with other aesthetic genital procedures such as surgery for Buried Penis Syndrome, Mons Pubis pexy, liposuction of the genital region, peno-scrotal plasty (Scrotal lift) and enlargement of the glans penis, but more importantly together with the increase of penile girth. An ideal solution that counteracts penile retraction secondary to a fracture process.

PENILE THICKENING
Penile thickening is performed with autologous fat prepared under six special steps that guarantee the survival of more than 90% of the adipocytes. The use of autologous fat gives us a number of advantages over any other method because there is no possibility of rejection or incompatibility. Integration with the recipient anatomical area is guaranteed. The average thickening achieved is between 3.5 to 4.5 cm of increase in circumference. Respecting and improving the quality of sensation during intimacy.
This method seeks the best fat graft, metabolically inactive from either thighs, sides or lower abdominal region between 60 to 80 ml with the necessary preparation free of contact with the hands of the staff, adding drugs and growth factors that improve the survival rate of fat and its final centrifugation. The lipotransfer is performed with tiny cannulas through two 2 mm incisions at the base of the penis or from the initial incision of the Penoplasty dissecting an originally virtual space between the two penile fasciae above the corpus cavernosum. PENILE THICKENING AND ENLARGEMENT
In more than 95% of patients requesting male genital surgery, the two procedures are performed together because it maintains the correct proportion between the length and girth of the penis. The average duration of this surgery is 1.5 to 2 hours under sedation with local anesthesia or balanced general anesthesia. Although patients fear the pain of recovery from both procedures, most patients report minimal pain (intensity 1-2/10) that is easily controlled with non-steroidal analgesics. The patient must keep between 2 to 4 days of absolute rest, depending on the type of surgery performed to ensure an adequate evolution. Following the same line of absence of sexual activity and sports until 4 weeks after surgery.

GLANS AUGMENTATION
The attractiveness of the male genital region is achieved by respecting the proportions of the penile units. In the case of the glans penis, aesthetics go hand in hand with function and the degree of stimulation for the partner. Thickening and enlargement with or without VASER liposuction and/or BODYTITE should always be complemented with glans penis augmentation or in isolation. It is indispensable to take into account that for the woman the second most important point to please herself after the size of the penile shaft thickness for her sexual fulfillment is the size of the glans penis. BODYTITE IN THE GENITAL REGION
As a consequence of normal aging of the pubic region or weight fluctuations, the skin in this region loses its elasticity and with it the strength of contraction. The result is an excess of skin that falls over the body of the penis and as time goes by it contributes and forms part of the Buried Penis Syndrome. Liposuction of the pubis, removal of fat by cannulas alone, only removes the excess volume, but does not influence the degree of skin contraction in patients with moderate to severe excess. This means that you can leave a region of the body thinner, but it does not guarantee the quality of skin retraction. Physicians must wait until 12 months after the liposuction patient has undergone surgery to realize the final degree of contraction, but never guarantee the final result. The solution lies in the state-of-the-art technology offered by BODYTITE. It is a unique device that offers a result from the moment the patient leaves the operating room, obtaining a final contraction of up to 57% of the skin after 6 months and helping to regenerate elastic fibers in the medium and long term. CIRCUMCISION
Circumcision is the surgical procedure where the excess skin/prepuce over the glans or head of the penis is removed. It is performed in no more than 45 minutes, on an outpatient basis and with minimal discomfort. The advantages of this procedure are many: less urinary tract infections, less sexually transmitted diseases, protection against penile cancer, prevention of balanitis, prevention of phimosis (inability to retract the foreskin) and phimosis (inability to return the foreskin to its original place).
One of the most common problems with circumcision is penile shortening due to improper technique where penile length is preserved and/or inadequate scarring. For this reason it is important that the surgery is performed not only with a qualified person, but also with the experience in the handling of the tissues that allow the sliding of the internal penis when performing a penile enlargement.

FRENULUM
The frenulum is the layer of skin located on the underside of the penis that joins the glans penis to the foreskin. Its function is to help retract the foreskin over the glans penis. The most common diseases are: short frenulum and irritated frenulum secondary to sexual activity where they can bleed and become infected. The complication in both cases is both aesthetic and functional. For this reason the proper management of the frenulum is essential to improve both the aesthetics of the penis and the functioning of this without pain or lacerations in the frenulum.
PENOPLASTY IN OVERWEIGHT AND OBESE PATIENTS
It is important to take into account that the surgery is performed through an orifice of 4 x 4 cm on average and works in a depth of 8 - 12 cm. If we imagine that our working area is a rectangle, we find the following structures.
Lateral walls (4):

The site of incision.
The deeper we find the incision site due to the increased amount of fat and/or skin due to aging or weight fluctuations, the greater the degree of difficulty and the greater the possibility of complication due to limited visibility. We must remember that we are surrounded by vital structures and in the background there is a plexus of arteries and veins that supply irrigation to the peri-prostatic area.
The most feared complication by the specialist is bleeding in this area due to injury. It is really a surgical emergency. This complication can be minimized with a better visibility resulting from the extraction of fat and adequate skin before performing the Penoplasty.
Previously it was performed in this type of patient in two surgical events, but VASER makes it possible in one and in a safer way.
