He then moved on to Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Obtaining his certification and graduating at the head of his class with distinction two years in a row as an outstanding resident in Mexico. Member of the Mexican Plastic Surgery Council, he has completed several fellowship programs in (Phalloplasty, 4D liposuction, breast augmentation, gluteal implants, Penile fillers, Non-Surgical Facial Rejuvenation), both hands-on and observing in Brazil, Colombia, the United States, Poland, and Italy.

You are welcome to spend the night in a hotel In San Diego, or we can make arrangements to pick you up if you if you arrive in San Diego between 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST.
We can make a reservation at one of our partner hotels in Tijuana. (Please be aware this night at the hotel must be covered by the patient and is not covered under the all-inclusive price.) Hotels and distance we recommend if you stay in San Diego for any extent of time or for before surgery, the patient is responsible for booking a hotel in San Diego. Please be aware we have to relationship or discount programs with any of the hotels in San Diego. These hotels are being recommended based on patient feedback, amenities, and distance to airport.

Booking a hotel near (SAN-San Diego Intl. Airport) eliminates the strain related to early morning departures or late-night arrivals. Do not risk missing your flight to your destination because you got stuck in traffic or had a delay. Stay in Tijuana:
Typically, we will make all needed reservations with the partner hotels we work with as they offer us priority service and, in some cases, special rates. We use Hotel La Lucerna as a primary location within ten minutes from the New Blue Tower Hospital. The nights you will be required to stay in Tijuana depend on the surgery you are scheduled for. Your itinerary will be provided to you by your Patient Coordinator with further instructions.
We have partnered up with one of the most luxurious hotels in Tijuana. The Hotel Lucerna which, is located ten minutes away from The New Blue Tower Hospital.
Please be aware that the room included in the (All-inclusive Price) is the standard room. If you wish to upgrade to a different room type, please let us know, and we will place a request for you. Flight Instructions
We ask our patients to arrive a day before surgery to avoid the stresses of traveling, especially if this is the first time you are flying. Our ground transportation has instructions to pick you up from the hotel at 9:00 AM from the airport or the hotel you are staying in on the day of surgery. “Please keep in mind if you plan on arriving on the day of surgery you must arrive before 9:00 AM PST to be on time for your appointment” …
The Hotel, we work with provides transportation round trip from the Hospital to the hotel, and so forth. For your departure flight home. We recommend you book flights that depart after 2:00 PM PST. Due to the Border Crossing delays, we will always pick up our patients four hours before their departure times.
The border crossing times vary due to a variety of variables such as traffic, and delays that the US customs impose. In certain scenarios, you may be asked to depart earlier than the planned four hours due to prolonged waiting times at the border crossing. Typical wait times at the US border to head to the airport range from 30 minutes to 2 hours. Our objective is to have you at the San Diego Airport two hours before departure as requested by the airlines.

Especially if you book your flight three weeks to four weeks in advance or earlier. Based on patient feedback. The airlines typically promote their exclusive offers on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. So, when you book your flight, take your time, and see which option or flight will be the best.
